Fines & payments: Tips for avoiding Library fines

Monitor your Library account regularly

• Go to Library Website - click the Login link in the upper right corner of the screen
• Enter your VinUni's email and password
• This service is also available via your mobile device

Return the book before or on the due date.

Respond immediately to emails from the Library asking you to return an item before the due date. Therefore,  another client may use it and a loose-leaf publication can be updated. Immediately return such items as a courtesy to the library and note that failure to return recalled items will incur a fine. Regularly check your mailboxes and your junk. . Set the library’s auto-sending address: circ@vinuni.edu.vn as a “safe sender” in order to receive reminder emails directly to your inbox.
